You only get called when projects fall in your location and you have the skillset for it.

This model is simple and flexible, projects outside our operational area are outsourced to partners with relevant skills to undertake and get paid

With this model partners refer projects to us or recommend us for projects and they get up to 30% commission on service charge

Terms and Conditions

The following terms binds RICT Consult and any Partner in this Career Module Program. RICT Consult reserves the right to amend it anytime to suit it's business operations

1. Commissions are paid only on Service charge on projects where training and equipment to be purchased fee are part of contract sum

2. 100% of service charge on Outsourced Projects up to Gh¢200.00 are retained

3. RICT Consult takes 40% on all outsourced projects with service charge of Gh¢300.00 and above

4. Service Charge percentages are paid to only those who have applied to be part of the outsource program

5. Commission are only paid to persons who have refered projects to RICT Consult via telephone call, email or referral form

6. Commission and Service fees are paid 5 business days after successful completion of a project

7. Partner bears any cost involved in Outsourced Projects and not payable by RICT Consult

8. Partner herein only refers to a persons undertaking outsourced projects or have referred a project to RICT Consult and don't have in any capacity to act as an employee of RICT Consult to receive payments for projects as one looses partner status in event of such occurance

9. Partners cannot use RICT Consult's name , logo or any property to solicit for business without the consent of RICT Consult

10. Before the commencement of any project outsourced by or referred to RICT Consult and agreement documentation will be prepared, agreed upon and signed by both parties
